My husband and I were introduced to CrossFit in February 2012. We were hooked from the beginning. As a mother of 3, I tried so many different exercise routines but never got the results I did with CrossFit. CrossFit has made me stronger mentally and physically. I also love the community. CrossFit has become such a big part of our life, not only for my husband and I, but our children love the KidFit program. I became a level one certified CrossFit trainer in September 2013. I want to help others reach their fitness goals.
