I first discovered CrossFit when my best friend was home for the holidays and asked if I would go to a class with him to try it out. We dropped in on a Saturday morning at HIT and after one class I was hooked. I will be the first to admit, I get tired of things fast and once I am bored with something, it’s pretty much over but yet here I am three years later and still enjoying CrossFit. CrossFit has pushed me both mentally and physically. I have learned to set goals and work tirelessly to achieve them not only in my fitness journey but also in my career. I have the honor of coaching the “early birds” at 5:15AM and I would not have it any other way. I get to start my day with a great workout and friends who push each other to achieve more every single day.
