Warm-Up: 2 Rds
20 sec push ups
20 sec air squats
20 sec handstand hold
30 sec dead hang

Coach Led Mobility

STRENGTH: EMOMx12
Minutes 0-6: Clean Pull + Hang Power Clean + Power Clean + Jerk
Minutes 6-12: 1 Power Clean & Jerk
*Adding weight each round or as comfortable
EMOMx16:
Min 1: 8 Burpee Box Jump Overs
Min 2: :30seconds Max Toes to Bar (First :30secs of the minute)

Scaling Option:
EMOMx16: Burpees and :30 second Max Abmat Sit-Ups
