Warm-Up:
Run 100m
10 wall balls
Run 100m
10 push ups
Run 100m
10 burpees

Coach Led Mobility

15 minute Time cap:
Row 150/135 Calories
*EMOMx4 Burpees
*Start metcon with 4 burpees

-Rest 5 Minutes-
EMOMx15
3 Moderate Weight Deadlifts
*Every 5 rounds go up in weight*

If more rowers are needed depending on class size start a group on deadlifts.

Score= Time Completed Calories or Number of Calories Rowed in 15 minutes/Top deadlift weight
