Mark your calendars for “Battle of the Sexes” Saturday January 20th from 930am-1030am as 12 men and 12 women do battle in the box!!

Warm-Up:
Coach Led

Coach Led Mobility

Strength: Back Squat 6 sets of 10 (up to 70%)

Metcon: 8 RFT
DBL DB Overhead Walking Lunge (Down & Back black mats) 30/15
10 burpees

RX: Make sure arms are completely locked out at top during entire movement while holding DBs.

Scaling Options: Hold DBs at side when lunging
