Warm Up:

2 Rounds

  • 200 M Run
  • 1 Round of Cindy (5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 air squats)

 

Coach Led Mobility

 

Strength:

High Hang Power Clean 3-3-3-3-2-2

High Hang Clean Pull 3×3

 

Metcon:

(23 Minute Time Cap)

5 Round For Time

  • 10 Power Cleans (RX+155/105; RX 135/95; Scale 95/65)
  • 500 M row or 400m run

**Power cleans are touch and go, NO DROPPING THE BARBELL.  If hands leave the barbell, perform 3 burpees

Skill Work:

Tricep Dips 5×10

  • Beginner- Dip between boxes
  • Intermediate-Ring dips with a band
  • RX- Ring dips
