Tuesday’s WOD and Introducing “Couch to CrossFit 2016”!

Summer is coming. Time to get in shape, head to the gym. But the regular gym is boring and personal training is expensive. You’ve heard about CrossFit. It’s that crazy, injury inducing workout regiment that only people who are “fit” or already “in shape” people can do. These crazy individuals eat weird, dress weird and talk weird; heck, it seems that some even speak a different language! You could couldn’t possibly do something like that! It’s too intimidating!
Actually, it’s the furthest thing from the truth! Let our awesome coaches show you just how wrong that is at HIT CrossFit’s “Couch to CrossFit”, an 8 week group training session designed to get you started on the road to a better, healthier you.
“Couch to CrossFit” is designed for beginners or those that need to ease in to CrossFit. Meeting every Wednesday at 6PM and Saturday at 8:30AM for 8 weeks, our Head Coach Maddie will guide you through everything you need to start “CrossFitting”!
Registration is only $250 for all 8 weeks! Join with a friend at save $20 each, just contact HIT CrossFit at hitcrossfit@gmail.com for your discount code. Registration includes 2 months of classes (2 classes per week), a nutrition counseling class, a mobility session, and communication/accountability with Coach Maddie! Warm-up:
25 pull-ups
50 push-ups
75 squats

Strength:
Bench press
8 reps @ 65%
6 reps @ 70%
4 reps @ 75%
6 reps @ 70%
8 reps @ 65%

METCON:
10 Rounds for time:
5 KB Hang Power Cleans
5 KB Front Squats
5 KB Push Presses

T1 35/55 T2 55/70

Cool down:
4×10 hammer curls with DB. Go up in weight each set.
