Warm-up:
Run 400M
2 rounds of
20 T2B or K2E
20 Banded stiff legged DL
Run 400M

Strength:
Deadlift (conventional) 6 sets of 2 with 92% of your 1RM

METCON: (modified from CF Fremont)
For time:
50 Double Unders
30 American Kettlebell Swings (35/55 T1, 55/70 T2)
25 Box Jump Overs (20/24 T1, 24/30 T2)
20 Toes to Bar
15 Power Cleans (95/135 T1, 115/185 T2)
10 Thrusters (95/135 T1, 115/185 T2)
15 Power Cleans
20 Toes to Bar
25 Box Jumps
30 American Kettlebell Swings
50 Double Unders

Cool down:
4 sets of 12 reps of stiff legged sumo deadlifts with a DB
