You may have noticed a couple new faces leading classes lately. We are excited to announce a new crew of “Train the Trainer” graduates! Welcome to Coaches Keith W., Jonathan R., Juan M. Laura P. and Lark L.! These guys will be covering classes along with our “regular” coaches Beau, Betsy, John K., Traci, Renee, Amy, Bill and Rich! Show these guys the same respect that you give the other coaches, they are learning as they go and are excited to be a part of the coaching team at HITCF!

Tuesday’s WOD
Warm up with coach!
7 minutes of double unders

Strength:
Sumo deadlift 2/2/2/2/2/2

METCON: (via CF Fremont)
For time:
21 Thrusters (75/115 T1, 95/135 T2)
21 Push ups (regular T1, HRPU T2)
100M un (to butt tree and back)
15 Thrusters
15 Push ups
200m run (to stop sign and back)
9 Thrusters
9 Push ups
400m run (to 200m mark in road and back)
