The first CrossFit Open WOD will be posted on Wednesday. We will do this WOD Thursday. We would like to give the you opportunity to perform at your absolute best so we are scheduling WODs to come after a rest day. However, we will also be hosting the WOD this Saturday at 9 am for anyone who might miss Thursday or is unhappy with their score. We have also invited anyone from a local affiliate who is interested in joining us to come Saturday. We encourage you all to register and participate in this year’s Open! See where you stack up to your South East peers! You must register by 5 pm on 2/26. 60 DU’s(120 tuck jumps is the mod.)

50 Wall Balls 20/14#

40 Box Jumps 24/20″

30 KB Swings 2/1.5

20 Burpees

10 T2B
