 Speaking of not being an idiot….

While we will always push you to the limit, it is your responsibility to listen to your body. Rest when it’s needed, stop when you feel pain, eat well and get plenty of sleep. Don’t be an idiot :)

MOnday’s WOD 

Warm up

 Row 250

15squats

hip mobility x4

6 inchworms

Strength

Squat 5/5/5

DB Hammer Curls 8/8/8

Metcon

Minute 1- 1 pull up, 1 push up

Minute 2- 2 pull ups, 2 push ups

Minute 3- 3 pull ups, 2 push ups

etc….continue until you fail to complete the exercises within the minute.
