We are steady heading into the holiday season. Gym is quieter than usual as those of you that have holiday functions get into the Christmas frame of mind. Don’t forget, it only take 2 weeks to start to lose all that you have worked so hard to gain! Make coming into the gym one of those habits that you keep during this busy time of year and burn right thru all of those holiday dinners with all the trimmings!
If all goes as planned, we’ll be in our new place by the start of the new year! With the new place comes new challenges, new faces and new commitments. We’ll be raising our rates to new members as of January 1st; all of you hard core athletes that have made HITCF such an awesome place to be are “Grandfathered” in and will keep the same great rate as now! Lok-yi and I really appreciate the family and community that has grown here. We keep saying to one another just what an awesome group of people we are a part of and thank each and every one of you for making HITCF what it is.
